Trisha Crocker Chair

Trisha Crocker is an Inuk leader from Rankin Inlet, Nunavut, deeply grounded in her culture and community. As the Director of Human Resources for Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. and a two-term member of the Nunavut Human Rights Tribunal, she brings a bold and compassionate voice to the table — one shaped by lived experience and driven by a passion for Inuit rights and equity.

With a career built on building people up — from policy creation to team development — Trisha has served on numerous boards across Nunavut and held leadership roles that reflect both strategic insight and cultural integrity. Her motivation comes from her greatest strength: her family. Supported by her husband and inspired by her children, Trisha works every day to be a voice for her Inuit people and a bridge between tradition and progress.
